General Terms and Conditions
1- Right of admission is reserved and at the discretion of Investopad Management.
2 - Fee is payable on a month to month basis by the 7th of the month in advance at the time of enrolment or renewal of enrolment.
3 - For mid-month enrolments, fee would be paid on pro rata basis for that month. Non payment of the fee by the 7th will result in disconnection from the high speed fibre optic internet.
4 - Attendees who wish to discontinue from the program would have to inform the management latest by the 30th / 31st of the previous month by email to esther@investopad.com. Attendees leaving the program during the month will not be entitled for any fee refund.
5 - Management reserves the right to terminate/discontinue any enrolment without notice or explanation at any point of the program. In any such eventuality, Investopad Management will refund the balance of advance program fee (after adjusting # of days attendee has utilized during the program on a pro rata basis) and no other claim or compensation will be allowed and the attendee/sponsor waives all rights to claim the same.
6 - Program attendees will only engage in activities of research, development, education and incubation in the field of technology entrepreneurship. The program does not constitute any form of tenancy and attendees will not engage in any kind of non-permissible activity from the Investopad Campus premises or address.
7 - All staff, associates, visitors, applicants and attendees will abide by the decorum and regulations as prevailing at Investopad Campus and as may be prescribed from time to time.
8 - Certain use/access restrictions to the Investopad Campus may be in effect from time to time, to accommodate any special events or otherwise as may be deemed necessary by management.
9 - On any item not specifically listed above, the ruling and decision of Investopad Management will be applicable, final and binding on all.
